Wedding documentation ranges from $2500 - $5000
Collections are customizable if you desire more or less hours of coverage, with the minimum amount of coverage at 3 hours and maximum at 9 hours.
All collections include a private downloadable gallery, help coordinating wedding timeline and an ear to listen from the time of booking til well after your images have been delivered.
I LOVE elopements and unique teeny tiny celebrations! Also I will travel:) please contact me for these special rates.
FAQ
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY IMAGES?
You will be given a password to your private online gallery of your Wedding images via digital download in about 6 months.
SOOOOOO HOW MANY PHOTOS DO I GET?
Each wedding is a bit different, however if you book a 9 hour/full day it is somewhere around 1200 photos. 8 hours about 1000 photos and a smaller ceremony or elopement would be around 300-600 photos.
DO WE GET A PRINT RELEASE FORM?
Indeed you do! A print release form will arrive via email when your gallery of images are ready for you to view them.
I’M SO EXCITED!! DO WE GET TO SEE A SNEAK OF ANY OF OUR PHOTOS?
Yep!! I will post a few sneaks of your day on Instagram and Facebook for you to keep, brag and share with family and friends. You can also post directly from your online gallery once its ready to social media.
DO YOU HAVE BACK UP EQUIPMENT IN CASE SOMETHING FAILS DURING MY WEDDING? WHAT HAPPENS IF YOU ARE SICK?
No need to worry! I am fully insured and have invested in a high quality pro camera that records a back up of your images instantly to another card. I have 2 backup cameras, plenty of extra batteries, battery chargers, memory cards and extra lenses just in case
and though I 99.9% work alone (I love it that way, I’m picky about my work and my vision/ our vision and I am confident in what I do and know how to get photos of all the in between moments. PLUS I like to be involved in the celebration and mingle with everyone - I find that when someone is with me I tend to be distracted and it messes with my mojo) – I do have the option of adding a second shooter for a fee.
We aren’t all robots I suppose … so in the event that I am dying (and literally I wouldn’t miss your wedding unless I was on my death bed) I have a network of photographer friends to connect with to try and help cover the wedding day. It is unfortunately just one of those things that come with wedding photography, if something were to happen to me then there is not one person that could take photos just the way that I do with the same style and vision. BUT I can certainly help you replace me.

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER?
I have been taking photos for clients since 2011 when I was in veterinary technician school.
I shot my first wedding in 2012 and have had a growing number of weddings every year since then! yay!
In the past I would book around 20 weddings a year, I now take on a limited amount. Taking a limited amount of celebrations a year allows me to feel refreshed and creative before every one of them, be better dedicated to the couples that hire me and more available to their needs…. and also my needs - photography started as my creative outlet and still remains so. ok annnnd also because my children and corgis, birdies, kitties and hubs come first <3

DO YOU DO GROUP PHOTOS?
Although I don’t focus my time primarily on group and posed photos, I do know that they are important. 10, 20, 40 years down the road when babies are grown up and loved ones have passed - a formal group photograph can mean so much 💕
Bring a shot list with you and dedicate a responsible member of your wedding party to round up everyone so we can fly through those group photos and get back to celebrating! woot!
DO I NEED THE RAW FILES? I THINK I WANT THEM?? WAIT… WHAT’S A RAW FILE?
EEEW eeew Ew Ew EEEW, You DO NOT want my raw files. First you need a special software to open them but also… they aren’t pretty. My style of photography – I often underexpose and bring up the exposure in post processing … I spend hours HOURS culling through nearly 4000 images a wedding picking the very best images and then working my magic. So I mean if you really want 4000 dark images you can’t really do anything with but there really is no point. Promise.
WHAT KIND OF WEDDING PHOTOGRAPHER ARE YOU? LIKE, HOW DO YOU TAKE PICTURES?
I take pictures of the fun, real moments going on throughout the day. I like to be engaged with the wedding party, family and guests and during moments where I don’t want to be in the way (ceremony, toasts, first dance) I observe and get a good shot from afar with my long lens. I watch for real moments of laughter, being silly, happy tears and hugs… and I’ve been known to follow the little ones around and see what they’re up to. Speaking of, you might find me at the kids table or with the grandparents listening to them coo over how lovely the wedding is or talking photography with an uncle. I love to dance and get right in the action when the music starts and I almost always shed a tear during the ceremony (my eyes are getting weepy thinking about all the love… for real) I really just want to have a fun stress free day with my couples and their friends and family. and bring home awesome memories to make beautiful and show you your day… because man it goes by FAST.
WILL YOU FIT IN AT OUR WEDDING?
WELP. I am definitely one of those loud looking people, with my hair color always changing but I myself am not a very loud person but I ain’t shy either LOL – I’ve been called bubbly SO many times. I am friendly, I like to talk and be part of the wedding action. I always like having something to do or someone to chat with. I welcome photo requests and input from mothers and bridesmaids because I know they are important ladies and looking out for the best interest of the couple. I am very chill, happy and not pushy but still get things done. By the end of the night I become great friends with everyone in the wedding party and my cheeks hurt really bad from all the laughing and smiling.
I’M SUPER AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA AND MY FIANCÉ HATES GETTING THEIR PICTURE TAKEN …. YIKES!
OH! don’t worry! I am also awkward in front of the camera and honestly? Most ALL of my couples feel that way too!
We will make the posed shots quick and painless… but mostly, I like to laugh and have fun during photographs. I love movement and interaction and I love when couples have ideas or when people photo bomb. HA!
BUT really it will be a good time. Just relax and enjoy your wedding day <3
WE WANT YOU!! WHEN SHOULD I BOOK MY WEDDING?
It is best to be safe and book your Photographer about a year before the wedding date. That way you won’t be disappointed if your wedding day has been already booked by someone else.
I often get inquiries about the same date multiple times. BUT also I have booked celebrations just a month or two before the date so don’t hesitate to reach out.
Photographs by Alisha Fenn requires a $800 deposit to hold a wedding date.
